Thank you all for all the well wishes for my son due to his surgery. He is doing well considering. He still is in a lot of pain, but the pain medicine seems to be working, although it does wear off fast. He is getting the compression bandage taken off tomorrow and a different type of bandage put on. The doctors and nurses said he was very good and they even gave his stuffy Sponge Bob a bandage too. My son has been spoiled since the surgery with lots of presents and we've have even promised him that we would look into Disney vacation packages for our summer vacation this year. His sister already been to Disney World and he really wants to go. Hopefully we'll be able to take him sometime soon. Thank you all again for the well wishes.

What type of surgery did he have, Tammy? Looks painful! I hope he recovers quickly.
Glad to hear he came through it well. Why did he need surgery? I've been looking through old posts thinking I must've missed something.
Hopefully he heals well and quickly, and you won't ever have to go through anything like this again.
