So how's your head? New Years Day is one of the biggest hangover days ever. I supposed I should have posted this yesterday, but here are some hangover remedies for you to try just in case you had a little too much to drink last night on New Years Eve.Hangover Remedies
1. SLEEP - if at all possible try and sleep it off.
2. Water - drink lots and lots of water as alcohol dehydrates your body.
3. Vitamin C - take some vitamin C or drink some orange juice.
4. Sports Drinks - drink some Gatorade or similar types of sports drinks, but do not drink energy drinks as they are packed full of caffeine and caffeine will intensify your hangover.
5. Fresh Air and Exercise - taking a walk in the outdoors will definitely help you feel better.
One last tip for you, although some say "hair of the dog" will cure a hangover the only thing it's going to do is postpone the inevitable. You're still going to have a hangover as soon as that alcohol wears off.

I can't remember the last time I had a hangover. Good thing I don't drink as much anymore especially since I am on so many meds! LOL... hey, but a glass of wine or a kalua would have been nice. :)
